§ 147-18. Peddling and soliciting.

  • No person on public park land shall peddle or solicit business of any nature whatsoever, collect any funds or distribute handbills or other advertising, unless first obtaining a permit from the Department. The use of public park land by a commercial or for-profit organization requires an approved special activities agreement with the Department and the payment of any monies required by such agreement.
